Is there a reservation deposit?
Yes, booking requires a £50 deposit to secure Rachael Amos for your wedding date.
The deposit amount is deducted from the total balance.

What photographs are included in the packages?
A lot of your photos will be natural, documentary-style images that will be captured as they happen.
As well as these, all packages include:
- A Group Photograph of everyone at the wedding. This usually happens immediately after the wedding ceremony. The location of this photo will be decided upon at the venue visit.
- Family Photographs. Rachael will ask you to provide a list of family/friends photographs you would like her to capture on the day. Most couples choose between 5 and 10 combinations. These may include, for example, Bride with Bridesmaids, Groom with siblings, and so on. The location of these photographs will be decided upon at the venue visit.
- A Couple Photo Shoot. This can happen at any of the locations booked for the wedding day. On the venue visit, Rachael will discuss the options available at your chosen venues and also point out any neaby locations you may wish to visit on the wedding day for pictures. You may wish to have more than one couple photo shoot, which Rachael is happy to do for no extra cost.
Do I have to pay extra for fuel costs?
Rachael will travel up to 120 miles from Plymouth (PL4) at no extra cost. For bookings further afield, a fuel charge of 20 pence per mile will be incurred. Rachael will add this charge to the invoice when taking your booking.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due one month before your big day. The balance may be paid in full at any time before this point. Rachael will also accept payment in instalments, simply mention this when booking.
